What makes Hot Air Balloon Las Vegas an experience not to miss!
When couples start planning their Las Vegas trip, it’s easy to get wrapped up in all the glitz and glam. Mega nightclubs, world-renowned shows, exquisite dinners and gambling until the sun comes up.
However, there is in fact romance in Sin City. If you want to see the sights, what better way to do that than in a hot air balloon? This aerial view of Las Vegas can be an extraordinary way to see Vegas in all its glory.
This is one of the best experiences for couples because it screams adventure, allows you two to cuddle up on the flight and take in all the natural beauty of the desert. Plus, on most rides, you get a champagne toast and certificate of completion.
What a Hot Air Balloon Las Vegas Experience is like
My experience on the hot air balloon was one I’ll always remember. Las Vegas is one of my favorite destinations in the whole world, but partying and staying out all night gets old after awhile. My partner and I felt alive again. Feeling the crisp, cool air on our cheeks, watching the sun fill the city with vibrancy and life. It was truly a sight to see.
If you’ve never been on a hot air balloon ride, don’t worry! You simply feel like you are slowly floating around in the sky. It feels exhilarating and nothing like I’ve ever experienced before.
Although we went in November for my 25th birthday when it was freezing cold, I tell everyone to invest in this experience at least once in their life, especially if you frequent Las Vegas. It brings a whole new perspective to this city, and you definitely want to share these lasting memories with your partner.
Tips to Make the Best of your Hot Air Balloon Las Vegas Experience
My #1 tip for couples looking to experience a hot air balloon ride over Las Vegas is to shop around! We found our tickets on Groupon, which made the whole ride that much more affordable for two people. (Especially if you’ve lost all your money in gambling, haha)
Shop around, call different locations, and see what types of discounts they offer! Wear appropriate clothing–it might be tricky getting in and out of the gondola with a skirt or dress, so wear clothes you’re comfortable in.
I highly suggest taking the sunrise balloon ride. Way more romantic!
Lastly, make sure to book at the beginning of your trip; that way if the weather isn’t on your side, you have a few extra days to make up the tour!
