One of the most unique Fortitude Valley restaurants you can book for a fun and fabulous date night in Brisbane is Cloudland Bar and Restaurant.
When I think of Cloudland, what comes to mind is Why settle for the ordinary for date ideas in Brisbane when you can have an extraordinary experience?
The first time we walked into Cloudland, it was unlike anything I’d ever seen or expected to see. It feels as though you just stepped into another world, which is why I listed it as one of the themed restaurants in Brisbane where date nights feel like mini romantic escapes.
The decor of this unique restaurant and bar is incredibly detailed and utterly fascinating. There are plenty of boutique booths to choose from to sit in and two mesmerising bars – one on the lower level and one at the top of a stunning staircase. Elaborate chandeliers and plants drape off the high ceiling. Even the bathrooms are something to talk about!
I’ve been there a few times now and always seem to discover more rich details I hadn’t noticed before. It’s certainly a place you want to go and explore with your partner!
One of my favourite memories from Cloudland is when I joined in on the Soul’Sa dance lessons held there every Thursday night. It was fun to follow the moves of the salsa expert that was standing in front of the eager group of learners. Dancing the night away at Cloudland after a lovely Italian dinner is one of the many fun date ideas Brisbane has to offer!
I also love going there during the day when it’s quieter, and it feels almost as though you have the entire urban oasis to yourself to marvel at while sipping on something delicious from the bar.
